Good question as my msfs2024 is in drive E:\

Install it anywhere you want but community folder or program files folder like it is stated in the installation software.

Just install it as what default shows. It installs a file in C:\FlightSimLabs2024 and the rest it installs in the community folder.

Congratulations on FS2024 release!

Quick question: can I transfer my tech log and airframe history form MSFS to FS2024? Of course for the same livery.

Thanks!

Can we expect more liveries in the library? Currently it lacks a lot of liveries compared to Fenix base library.

Thank you!

A lot of community painters are participating in making liveries for the Fenix planes. I wonder if the liveries in the installer are closed off to just a few people.

Once the paint kit gets released I am sure the community painters will have a go at it. The supplied once are done internally.

Has there been any changes that require a repaint if you've done anything custom?

Only if it has a underwing registration.

Can you put wing reg's on top of the wing now?

You could paint them now without a fear of it being mirrored.  Thats outside the scope of the paint kit however can be done with ease.

It doest make the airframe and techlog history to transfer to the MSFS2024 version of the same livery. I installed it as default shows and the airframe shows 0 flights, 0 engines hours.

I want to paint on the top of the wing, which texture file should I open?

As mentioned it is outside the scope of the paint kit.  look for fsl_wing_*albd.png.dds - depending on which part and which side of the wing you need.

It then allows you to do this.

Once we have more news on the NEO we'll share it - forgive us but some things need to be kept private until we're ready to show them off :).

As for the 330 - as per our previous announcements, it is on the roadmap...

This is great to hear, thank you for commenting. I, personally, had been worried that the A330 had been canceled. Looking forward to it whenever it comes!

Congratulation @Norman Blackburn @Lefteris Kalamaras and team for the MSFS2024 release. I haven't streamed for about a month now, but will for sure flight this live very soon. This is another flight for me in MSFS2024, and did you guys change something on the flight model? It feels so smooth and natural that I do not want to use AP at all and just handfly. Takeoff and especially landing have been really precise!

I love the new update. The only problems that I am having are

-Decrabbing the plane on landing violently changes the direction of the plane at touchdown

-Nose lift up behaviour at landing very sensitive? (When I try to flare the nose, the nose easily goes up in the air again with little input)

-(Cosmetic) The cabin should have the same „view“ as the cockpit, so you can basically walk into the cabin from the cockpit, instead of the outside view, if you know what I mean.

…And damn that gear down thump sound was so satisfying to hear ;)

Regards

At the moment it's part of the experimental channel. If you switch to that via the Settings, you should then see it.

We're still working on it as we've said - sorry I don't have much more news to say at the moment, I know everyone's really looking forward to it!
