[Resolved] A320 Neo Forum Access

Hey guys, Not sure what else to do
I had accidentally puchased under a different email address, and i have change the email address here to reflect that.
Just seeing if there is anything else to do to get access to the forums,

I have manually run the process to add the NEO and its permissions to this account.

I am having the same issue. How can I get access to the MSFS A321 Forum? Forgive me if there is a process for it, but was unable to find it.

Hi Dominik

The ideal process is to make sure the purchase is made using the same email address as you have in your forum account.  
If they differ make them the same before purchase.
If you purchase with a different email address then let us know via ticket or email support@flightsimlabs.com - we will need your order reference.

I'm having the same problem. I bought my A321neo from a friend. I need to activate this email to access the code. Where can I send my purchase serial number for activation?
