February 27Feb 27 Hi Dominik The ideal process is to make sure the purchase is made using the same email address as you have in your forum account. If they differ make them the same before purchase. If you purchase with a different email address then let us know via ticket or email support@flightsimlabs.com - we will need your order reference.
