[Resolved]Cannot Sign In To Submit A Ticket

I wrote support an email on August 9, 2025 and have not received any response.

When I go to sign in the ticket system, I get Account Confirmation Required in a red box and that is it. No email so I can confirm or nothing. Email is up to date because I bought the A321neo and received those emails just fine.

Any help in fixing my issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ray,

I actually replied to the ticket the same day. I will reply to it again. Could you please check whether you receive a mail?

And sadly therein lies the issue.  comcast to us is often a black hole.   Do you have a different email I could use please Raymond?  Feel free to advise via pm or the ticket.

Raymond, you should have some emails now - the NEO is using the other email address and the forum account has been changed.  Also I believe I have also changed the ticket owner.
