Cannot start a flight with engines running on Delta N101US livery

This is a strange issue and I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct area but thought here would be a good place to start.  The issue I'm having appears to be with a specific livery.  The Delta Air Lines (N101US) by FSLabs livery for the A321-X CFM.  When I start a flight either in parking or on a runway, the LCD panels initially start up and then go blank.  I can hear the engines running in the background.  If I go to the MCDU and select the engines running preset the screens come up blank.  I also have a few faults on the overhead panel.  I have exited the simulator and restarted.  From the default scenario I change the aircraft to the Delta N101US and change the airport and start the flight with the same result.  If I use a different livery I do not have this problem.  I have uninstalled the livery using the Flightsimlabs Control Center.  Started P3D v5.3.  Exited. Reinstalled the livery and continue to have the same result.  Any ideas?
