Hi Yann Having replied to your email today from an account other than your normal one I then came to this thread and have to take issue with your claim. The numbers highlighted refer to the number of posts in the email thread. 2 means your message plus the reply by the support agent. As you can see there is one with 10 messages so clearly you were getting the replies. in any event I will respond to your email again.
