MOUSE Cursor Auto hide Issue

Hello all I am perplexed maybe somebody can help me solve this riddle.

P3DV4.5 Full Screen Mode - the mouse pointer Finger starts out looking normal. The Mouse then Auto hides, then when you go to make a selection the mouse finger pointer is now very compact, I found that when I click down on the scroll wheel the screen flickers and the frame rate goes up 15 to 20 frames per second from 29 FPS to 40-50FPS. The mouse pointer returns to the normal size mouse finger. I’ve included a photos showing what happens in P3V4.5. This is not just isolated to FS labs this is with all aircraft.
