fastspring order ID not working

I have transferred my order ID to fast spring but new order Id is not working, pls help, below is the screen shot.

Last field is incorrect. Read the e-mail again !

Your last field is the esellers, not the fastspring key

You get a new serial. That one doesn’t start with a320x or a319x

I also get no mail back from Fastspring.

Have send a mail to support@flightsimlabs.com and wait now.

hello everyone Im abit stuck on how to find my serial number. Iv just bought it but seem not to have a serial number on the order confirm email .help would be great ?

Ive changed your forum name to be the one you registered with.

If you look at the email it will have a link to your registration where you can get your serial.

still cant find the serial number? iv got my order number and licence key but no serial number iv followed the link and still no number what would it look like ?

It sends me to the fastspring checkout if that helps

The order ID starts FLI

The serial number in your case starts AMK

The email address is the same as you use here in the forum.

Hey All! I have the correct order ID but not the Serial #. When I click the link it takes me to fastspring checkout but all information is messed up, there is no info on the page itself. Pls help!! Screenshot below!
