Klaus Kielhorn Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Hello, I bought the A320x a few days ago. Since then I try to register or verify the product. I always get the message "Order Lookup Failed(1002). Who can give me advice on how to register my A320x for further downloads?
Norman Blackburn Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Hello Klaus, 1002 errors in 99.9% of cases are users either using the wrong email address or entering the product code (the SKU number) in place of their order ID.
