Hello,
I bought the A320x a few days ago. Since then I try to register or verify the product.

I always get the message "Order Lookup Failed(1002).

Who can give me advice on how to register my A320x for further downloads? 

Hello Klaus,

1002 errors in 99.9% of cases are users either using the wrong email address or entering the product code (the SKU number) in place of their order ID.

Hello, Norman,
thank you very much for the tip, I would never have thought that the email address used by paypal would be used for verification.
I was actually registered with my own email address.
