Stephen F Posted February 19, 2018 Posted February 19, 2018 As a sign of good faith on FSL behalf are you willing to except that refunds in this case will be considered/offered to those of us who feel outraged by the situation we have found in the last 24 hrs. If so could you please provide information and actions required by the consumer to facilitate this (such as proof of deletion of a320) I would appreciate an appropriate responce to this and not a simple "Submit a Ticket" as the community as a group needs to know? On a side note has any other product included the malware (e.g Spotlights) Regards Stephen Flanagan 1
