I haven't received the email with the purchase information

After waiting and searching all over the website, I still can't access the purchase I made. I don't have the details to activate the plane, nor do I know where to find them.

I hope you can help me, and sorry if this isn't the right way to reach you.

Once you have these details you can install all of your FSL products using our Control Center, available now from our downloads site.
