Flight Simulator X acceleration

Problem takes about 1.45 minutes to load after giving program permission...

Of course if I select (YES) then the program opens, but NO sound when running the PMDG or FSLABS ConcordeX

I don't even know where to begin to solve this problem...

I don't even know how this problem started....

Please someone with computer knowledge point me in the right direction...I am not a computer guru, but I can follow directions, and corrective steps to take...Thanks in advance for any help in this matter....
