Uianimationcore.dll & Fsx Fatal Errors In Win7/64

Featured Replies

New to FSX and the "fatal error" well known problem. From previous posts it looks like the only fix to the error problem in FSX / Win7/64 is the Uianimationcore.dll download.

that download is now sitting on my desktop. The next step I'm told is to drag it into the "Main FSX Directory". Don't know where that is, as all I see is the little icon in lower left corner, that I click to open FSX.

Sorry, I'm not savy on all this computer stuff, but how do I get the dll into FSX. Could someone give me step by step directions

I'm really sick and tired of these fatal errors. You would think that MS would come up with a patch to fix this very common problem. Shame, shame on MS.

Just copy this file into the fsx mail folder. Windows logic is programmed, so it first reads the library's available for the exe-file and then the dynamic system-wide files.
