Just purchased the A321 neo, and it is so lovely to see it in the sim. I recently flew on one from Transavia down to the northern part of Africa, and seeing that exact plane in the sim is so nice. Also love to see the DRAIMS in there, plus the other unique things it has. Would love to see the XLR variant. I know the real one also has its issues during development. On the list are the transatlantic flights and the long intercontinental ones from Europe.
