[Resolved] How to contact FSLabs for press inquiries?

Featured Replies

Hello!

First of all, I should mention that I don't have much experience with FSLabs yet (apparently I missed quite a bit in the past, but I'm now very happy to have a great A321 ;-). Apologies if my question is unnecessary or the answer is obvious.

As a writer for a news website, I try to stay in touch with many development teams for various purposes (e.g., reviews, previews, interviews, and more). In the past, I reached out to FSLabs via their support email and I’ve now reopened an old support ticket (#000258).

Since I’m not entirely sure: What would be the best way to get in touch with FSLabs in my specific case?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Best regards,

Pascal

Hi Pascal,

never saw or read your name at any news site. Where do you write?

Hi @Pascal Klueh

Message us support@ flightsimlabs dot com and one of us will get back to you.

Edit - I believe that ticket has long since been purged.  Please reopen a new ticket or email.

Thank you very much.

I already got an answer to my e-mail. I really love how fast things are going here.

Best regards,

Pascal
