Hi Jack.

Normally what we find is people are trying to use their details for the wrong plane.  Double check this please.  If you are sure please drop me a copy of your cclog.txt from %appdata%/flightsimlabs/ via support ticket or PM

I’m having this same issue. Stating my activation key is invalid.
