Can you see any of the MSFS downloads?

If not it’s likely your purchase email address is different than your forum email address.

Please raise a ticket with your order ID and instructions about which email address you want your order associated with.

I have corrected Miguel's forum account and the NEO now shows for him which shall also permit the paintkit download.

Make sure that you are logged into the forum like now.  Download is only permitted for those who own the product.
