Really 10€ of discount? are you joking? Saying this I would never have bought the ceo and I would have waited for the NEO, this action of yours was a real joke, bordering on fraud, you deceived us well done

HI,

As a long standing fan and supporter of FSLabs, (from the FSX days) I am extremely disappointed at the discount offer for the NEO having purchased the CEO. Unless I have done something wrong, that's a discount offer of  a mere £9.75? Really? Before discount, to purchase both aircraft currently totals an eye watering £129.90. With my discount I will pay £120.15. I am sorry, but this really is pushing loyalty to the extreme. Of course we all recognise the true Study Level of FSLabs products. However, this pricing is significantly above what we are seeing elsewhere in MSFS. I really hope I am wrong, otherwise there will be no FSLabs Neo in my hangar sadly.

@mario maliziaWhere was it said how much the discount will be? It was written from the beginning that owners of the A321 CEO would receive a discount. But it was never said how much it would be. Yes, I also thought it would be higher. But 10 EUR is better than nothing.

I agree. This is extremely disappointing. I am pretty sure they used more than 10% of the code, 3D model and textures from the CEO to develop the NEO.

@Matthias Giebler I have put my grumpy head into a locked cupboard! You’re right in that any discount is better than none. I was just expecting maybe 20% as a minimum. As I mentioned in my original post, I have purchased FSLabs aircraft from FSX days. I can’t abandon them now. Purchased  the Neo this morning!!

I totally understand you. Of course, I was also thinking about a bigger discount. But of course such a development is also expensive. I'm glad that there's now a Neo and I'll be taking more flights.

Hi, can someone help me with the coupon? 

When I do enter my email adress and my order ID (starting with FL... for a321ceo) i get an "no combination found" error :/

I have to agree, I am quite disappointed with the pricing and was expecting either a much bigger discount, or the NEO to have some new ground breaking features worth paying for. I don’t mind paying +120€ for and A321 CEO and NEO if they are truly the best of the best and significantly better than anything else on the market, but the margin to the competition is getting quite slim and the FSL bus still has quite a few shortcomings an addon of this level should not have.

That said, I did get the NEO; 40% out of pure interest in learning stuff about the NEO, 0% because of its new features and 60% out of support. By support I don’t mean loyalty or fanboyism, but rather I feel that despite rough times and harsh competition, FSL has some truly talented developers and I am hoping the future will once again bring something truly ground breaking. But it’s been quite a long time since that last happened and my faith in that happening is slowly fading and I may not be that supportive with future releases.

I'm also very disappointed with this new plane. If we're being asked for 70 euros for this product, we have the right to demand better quality in all aspects, such as the texturing, the model and the ambient sound. Or maybe we're dealing with another scam. Really shameful.

Dear Oliver,

as you can understand, release day (or 24hrs after) is a busy time for us. 

Norman and the rest of the support staff have been working diligently to help out the few people who are having issues. However, you need to wait your turn. Pushing like that is not going to make a difference in how fast you'll be helped, it will only serve to cause grief all around.
