Matt Schmalz Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Hi everyone, I'm strongly considering the FS Labs A321, primarily because of features like the MEL. I may be in the minority, but if things can't go wrong simming just isn't as interesting for me . With that mind, I do have a few questions that hopefully people here can help me with: 1. I believe I found that panel state saving between flights is an option, can someone please confirm? 2. For failures, do they persist between flights? As an example, if something failed (like the APU as an example) and wasn't detected on a flight for whatever reason, would that persist to the next? 3. Can failures cause other failures? As an example, would an oil leak later cause an engine to fail? 4. Without providing an exhaustive list (unless someone wants to... I'd take it haha), how many failures are modeled roughly, and do they cover all major systems? 5. For the ice accumulation feature, is this purely cosmetic or will it impact flight or systems in any way? 6. Any war stories you can share about flights that went, well, not as expected as a result of the failure system? Thanks in advance! 1 Quote

There is a tech log that keeps track of all issues during the flight. Quote

But yes, there’s a panel state save feature. Just yesterday I had a forward lav fire detector alarm go off. Really adds to the immersion. Quote
Brad Zimmer Posted Saturday at 02:46 PM Posted Saturday at 02:46 PM I have a question (sorry if this was asked). If you buy the 2020 version, will that be a free upgrade when 2024 comes out? Quote
