I've noticed in my vPilot installation, there's an IRossCarlson.Vatsim.Vpilot.Plugins.dll inside the plugins folder in addition to FSLabs. What is this file? It seems to conflict with other plugins I use. However I can't recall this file being present prior to installing FSLabs.

    It's a plugin that gets installed by vPilot itself, so your question would be better answered by the vPilot developer

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
