if you mean that I got it from "wrong" place then look at the date of my first screenshot of NEO. Idk why i didn't get this bage after buying

Dale isn't a staff member so not sure where you're going with that...

Did you use a different email address from your forum profile email address to purchase the NEO?  If you did, the system won't tie up your purchase to your forum account and therefore not show the badge...
