Good afternoon,  I would like to get my perched products. For some reason I'm unable to contact support or staff. I would like to install them into P3Dv4.5.

Im somewhat confused as we had a ticket opened with you a few weeks ago with 28 replies between you and I where you were given this info several times.  
 

My penultimate reply stated the following:

„To reiterate:

  • You asked for a reset which was done.
  • You said you couldnt download.  We asked for more info and didnt get it.
  • We asked for logs to try and figure things out for you and didnt get them.
  • We offered remote help.

This all to try and get you back in the air.  And those offers still exist.“
