No. This is Gemeral.  You only see within MSFS sections if you are a customer of one of our MSFS products.

I assume you are talking about the MSFS version - so please ask that in the MSFS Section of the forums!

You also dont have the MSFS A321 Banner in the Forum. Did you use the Same E-Mail for buying like in this forum? Maybe you should open a ticket

No, but I changed my forum email to my purchase email as instructed after I purchased.
