I actually can’t believe I’m reading this..msfs users have been moaning for 2 years about not having FSLabs A320 for that platform..and now they’re moaning that it’s not good enough and want the NEO..us on p3d was promised the NEO over 2 years ago and that was mothballed to give you lot this..ungrateful at best is all I can say

Stephen, it's for a reason, 2 years ago we did not have a very high fidelity a320 series in MSFS from another developer

I’m not moaning about it.  I’m just not buying it.  Unless it does something outrageously different, the current offerings are more than enough.  The way they’re integrated into the sim, with other add-ons, and the weather, I would be amazed (and happy to eat these words, don’t get me wrong) if anything revolutionary can be added.

That said, I noticed the green wings covered with de-icing fluid, which I’d also love to see on Concorde when it comes to MSFS.

Soon in FSL terms can mean a long time.

Usually means one and a half years or even longer.

Perhaps they are waiting for MSFS2024 release and may skip 2020 all together.

Maybe the Airbus line and Concorde release at the same time :) :) :) :)

Lets see. If they only release an A321 ceo it would be a huge disappointment.

Why not just wait and see what the plane, whatever it is being released, is like? And then judge?

Even if it is ‘only’ the A321.

Lefteris said that some of the info is incorrect and what we saw was just a placeholder. I have a feeling we may get both the CEO and NEO as a package. One can hope. If we do get both and its a buy for a lot of people since the Fenix will not be making the NEO as they stated in their discord.

The DeIcing/AntiIcing Simulation alone will take the product to another level.:P

In my opinion, the FSL has another target group which does not fully align with the current target group of the Fenix.

If FSLABS has the same good Quality like in P3D I also want to buy it. But I hope FS2Crew makes a new Product for it otherwise it will be very sad.

The NEO would be way more compelling since we already have the CEO line up in MSFS.

I wouldn't fully agree with that, but I can understand your point.
However, I do not see any Airbus simulation in MSFS under FSLabs standards. I do not think we have a proper A321 in MSFS aside the Fenix, but I do believe FSLabs takes the lead there too from my perspective. Most of us who're actually coming from Prepar3D can agree that no other Airbus in the FS came near the FSLabs with such a complete simulation from foreground to background in system-depth, also, no other developer could replicate that "vibe" that FSLabs gave us.
I believe that both NEO and CEO in MSFS lack somewhere. I personally believe that NEO/CEO would be most definitive and well covered under FSLabs.

I think if they even do the website already the process should be very far of the Airbus. Normaly the website is the last thing which you do

Really hope you are bringing the A320NEO and A321NEO to the sim with both LEAP and PW GTF engine options. :)

Will these fslabs products be ms24 exclusive?

Who knows?  May be a fairly long time until we see anything.

Given they've been flight testing in 2020 for a while, I'd hope that they'll come for that sim with compatibility added for 2024 later when they've access to the SDK etc.

Guys, there's no way this is coming up for this holiday season, and if it's coming out next year, then it might as well come out on 2024 straight.

I don't know why. With the words "very soon" I did expect something latest next week :D

Bob Zolto

The word soon in any iteration seems to have a different meaning with FSL.

It's only been 5 days since Lefteris post...

So "soon" or "very soon" is not, in any case, today :)

Lazo Lluka

We like to interpret things differently unfortunately. For me

Soon = 7-10 days.
Very soon = 3-5 days
FSLabs = 3-6 months

lol hopefully we get something this month.

I totally agree Stephen. They don't think it's enough anymore, now they want something else. We've been waiting for a simple update of hundreds of things, and of course we're not even talking about the NEO they promised for P3D. Anyway, MSFS users, enjoy whatever comes next, it will surely be the best.

After four years and three months with MSFS 2020, tomorrow, Monday, I will uninstall it to leave free space and be able to install MSFS 2024 on Tuesday, 11/19/2024. From now on I will only buy the plugins that interest me and that are compatible with MSFS 2024.

I would try to avoid deleting 2020 until 2024 is running happily on your system.  At the very least, save your Community Folder as this might be a shared resource and 2024 will need it.

Thanks so much for the advice, Graham! I have a full backup on another hard drive of all MSFS 2020 folders, including the Community folder. I will move the addons to the MSFS 2024 folder to see if they work, and for those that don't I will wait for the developers to update them.

I’m 100% sure that FSLABS will make an announcement right after the release of MSFS 2024, and their upcoming products will support both the 2022 and 2024 sims.

I think they are still trying to log in to MSFS2024

Lol

Jokes apart , it’s kinda disappointing to see despite 2.5 years of continuous ongoing development, we don’t have anything solid yet from FSL .

@Anirbinna Roy

I think that’s a bit unfair. As you know, we’re on the verge of making a significant announcement for MSFS. Delivering the level of quality we’re known for takes time, and we’ve always prided ourselves on maintaining high standards with our work.

This project has been four years in the making, and we’re committed to ensuring every detail is just right before release. While we understand the anticipation, we won’t compromise on quality by rushing these final steps.

Finally, a response from FSL.  Doesn't say much other than the usual "we are working hard and soon."

If we`ve managed to wait for 4 year, I˙m sure another 2 - 3 won`t hurt that much.
