Announcement of the “A320neo” - will that actually include the A321neo?

The -X series of products is called “A320-X”, but does in fact include the A319 and A321. 

What about the neo series? Does “A320neo” mean that it will also include the A321neo, as well as the A321LR and A321XLR subvariants? Those planes are so very different from the A321ceo and allow for totally different flights. It would be great if those were included?
