Ray Proudfoot Posted March 15, 2023 Posted March 15, 2023 A friend is very interested in Pierre’s CPS-NG and would like to see discussion in the relevant sub-forum. But because he doesn’t own any FSL Concorde he is denied access. Any chance this restriction could be lifted please given Pierre is developing it for different Concordes across different sims? Quote
Fraser Gale Posted March 15, 2023 Posted March 15, 2023 Or could a new thread be started in the non-restricted forum perhaps? I think I’m right in saying only the specific forums are locked to non-owners but I could be wrong. Quote
Andrew Wilson Posted March 15, 2023 Posted March 15, 2023 I would kindly suggest Pierre hosts his own support forum for CPS-NG for use with other Concorde titles. Quote

For all I know it could be compatible with the forthcoming 64-bit FSL version. He’s provided an invaluable utility for the 32-bit version that many of us have relied on for our flights over many years. Quote

Ray Proudfoot Posted March 15, 2023 Author Posted March 15, 2023 Pity. End of an era with FSL Concorde. Quote

I wasn’t really stating an opinion on anything, merely following your logic that if it is indeed the end of an era it must also be the start of a new one…no? Positive thoughts built a Concorde. Quote

Positive thoughts built a Concorde. Yes, it is a new one. But other than that I cannot comment. I’ll wait until I see what the future brings and then take it from there. I do feel sad that Pierre wasn’t involved in future plans. Quote
Pierre Chassang Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 Hello Captain's. I read the latest posts right here. I will contact our friend Ramon who hosted CPS previous version on Web. He kept the web site sleeping... Beside the web site there was a forum. Even if CPS-NG will be not compatible with future FSL version, It can be used to compare the performance between FSL utility and CPS-NG. In the meantime the CPS-NG development continue.... All the best to you all Pierre 3 Quote
