Hi,

New here so trying to understand who to contact.

Was told by Norman (Moderator) to contact customer support. However, tried that keeps telling me I do not have permission to contact them??

Trying to get service pack  for concorde x but purchased the dvd version so no online number.

Can anyone give me an external email address to contact or link that wont keep throwing me out saying you dont have permission
