FSlabs freezes when switching view to outside at night

The sim freezes indefinitely when I change the default sim view to outside at night. 

The issue comes up during daytime too when I switch to an outside view using chaseplane.

Any suggestions as to what may be causing this issue? Default + other payware aircrafts work fine.
