Here are the questions 

1 : Is experimental version stable or it could have any bugs or something ?

2: Are experimental versions compatible to custom liveries ? or they need an update or something ?

Experimental is exactly that. It has already been through the internal testing team however, so the level of risk is minimal. 

They are at the moment, I would expect a clear note in the changelog will be made, if that isn't the case.
