i do my email verification and wait for few days. at the last i can sign in my account on this web site.

 

but still i can see the msg one the right side that is sorry you are not permitted to download this file.

 

may i know what is the reason that i can not download file?

I authorised your account however unless you have made purchases you will be unable to download liveries.
