Hello there!

I bought the A320-X earlier this day but I bought it with a different email than the one registered with my forums account.

I've changed the forums account to the email I purchased the aircraft with but downloads are still locked. My display name matches the name on the receipt.

 

You need to be a registered owner - i.e. the A320 is to be listed under your profile, if you want to download liveries.

Yeah I figured...

There is supposed to be some new automated process that links between your invoice name and account name and your email as well, and for me it seems to fail.

I've tried everything...

Try to contact FSL support to have them sort this out - support (at) flightsimlabs (dot) com. Replace (at) with @ and (dot) with .. well you probably already know

Have contacted them twice already...

No response. Anyhow, thank you for trying to help me. I really appreciate it.
