Why does the FSL use a panel font that is not correct to the real thing?

One of the things that bugged me the most is that FSL uses another font for the panels rather than the MS33558 font that Airbus uses. I do know there are other addons that use such font as the real thing but for some reason FSL does not use it.

I want to know why this is, is it because the MS33558 font is copyrighted by Airbus, or was it to improve readability?

The FSL bus is an amazing aircraft and I want to only see it grow!
