RTX3060 with 12 Gb vram good buy?

Hi,

 

I was wondering if a RTX3060 with 12 Gb onboard vram is a good buy for our beloved sim. My setup is a single monitor pc with a resolution of 2560 x 1440

(PC: I9 add 5 Ghz and 32 Gb ram.)

At this moment I' m using a GTX1080 but the recommended specs from fslabs are 10 Gb.

I hope somebody can share his experience with this kind of setup.

    I had also flown a 1080 ti and HD resolution.
    Then I switched to WQHD and had massive problems with the graphics card, fps drops.
    it was completely overwhelmed and so I bought the 2080ti.
    now i have a 3080 but the prices are extremely high, so i would prefer the performance of the 2080ti.
    probably a 3070 or something.
