Can't locate A320-SL in Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSLabs\SimObjects\Airplanes

So I bought FSL A320-SL and installed it but I couldn't find the A320 SL folder in document, what should I do.

Something indeed is wrong as your profile does not identify you as a verified owner of the 320-X-SL nor the 320-X.

Suggest you contact support.

I have added the products.  Click start, Flight Sim Labs Ltd and you will find links to documentation.

I mean I couldn't find A320-SL folder in Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSLabs\SimObjects\Airplanes, I want to add some liveries but there is no A320-SL folder inside.

where did you install the aircraft. default location or custom. in case of custom you need to find the fslabs folder.

default location. I installed it in C:\Users\myname\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSLabs\SimObjects\Airplanes
