Wont allow me to open zip to download new files after paying for sharklets

Paid and have the links but cant open zip files etc

    Please make sure your downloaded files aren't corrupted. I've just purchased the sharklets and have had no issue opening the zip file.

     

    Try to re-download the file.

    3. Adjust your preference.
