please delete your screen, it contains your serial and order no of the Airbus.

for the driver: Maybe try the redownload section.

Copy paste my Order ID, License key and Email into the “product redownload “ fields.. and gets an error message..

if you noticed on our web site, on the Hardware Interface page, there is a link to download the Hardware Interface Host, you can always get the latest version from there.

You'll need to be a registered A320-X owner for that, if I recall correctly.
