I have problems with my order details about my A319.

How can I get help from the Support? The new "Support Ticket System" does not work for me:(

I think, if i use the support mail adress, i do not get the necessary Info, because my mail adress has changed. 

But you have given me a good idea;)

You can send a request from ANY Email.

Lol. You can only get a reply to the email used to open the ticket  FSL Support is not yet god and can guess your correct/current email address
