Installation Problem with Fastspring order number

Hi all, 

I am trying to reinstall after a reinstall of P3D4, and was automatically sent to the esellerrate to Fastspring transfer site and got the number. 

But I am stuck in an endless loop as the installer doesnt seem to accept the FLI number. Any suggestions?

I am sure I am missing something simple...

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
