Hello guys

I am a verified customer of the A319, 320 and 321. Until a few days ago I could access the download section of this form and get files without any issues. However, when attempting to download a file today, I see a message similar to the one displayed when trying to get a file without being logged in, saying that I don't have permission to download said file. I tried with different web browsers. Any ideas?

the a321 tag seems to be missing but your a319 and a320 show. are you tring to access the a321 downloads?

there is no process anymore. it is automatically. maybe one of the support staff can help you if lucky today, if not then on monday perhaps.
