concorde X 1.32 activation

i have recently been trying to reactivate my Concorde X package, when i go to write in the code it just says activating and nothing happens, when you click onto the application its as if its frozen and the only way to close it is task manager. 

would anyone know why or could help because i want to get back into flying the Concorde.
