Peter Lund Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 Hi all, In order to update my A320 I also had to update Windows 10 which I wasn´t happy about since it have caused issues in the past. Unfortunately those issues still exists. The problem is after I updated Windows 10 I have started having problems with my Thermal printer (AGPtEK POS-58). It looks like the problem is connected to USB Printer Support which seem to have some error. Changing port only help one day and today the problem has come back. Does anyone else have experienced this and how have you solved it ? I have tried google the solution without help. Quote
Daniel Lai Lam Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 If I'm not mistaken there is an issue with USB printers on the latest Windows 10 (2004 update). Regards Quote

Norman Blackburn Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 I know its no consolation but my similar 58mm printer has never, not one, failed to work. The only difference I guess is its connected to a powered USB hub. Quote
Peter Lund Posted July 2, 2020 Author Posted July 2, 2020 Hi all, Thank you for your replies. I have tried to reinstall the driver, but that didn´t help. The printer is connected directly with my PC via USB cable. Quote

My POS58 printer MUST be connected to powered USB ports, other ports don‘t work after reboot and I have to set up the printer (in windows) again. Quote
Pat Brooks Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 No issues with my POS58 printer since the win10 update to 2004. Quote
