[Resolved] No permission to download A319 Files

I have bought and downloaded A319 after having A320 and A321 for awhile. I can download all the A320/A321 file content, but keep getting this message for A319: " Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file."  I do have have two email addresses, but the forum recognizes  both of them associated with my name.   A319 with "gmail" and A320/A321 with "live" email.  Looking for any suggestions.
