Is the Airbus cockpit font copyrighted?

I just want to know why FSL decided to use a alternative font than the real one for the cockpit panels. Is it difficult to implement technically or is it not commercially available?

You think with a high fidelity simulation they could at least use the correct fonts.

Interested in the correct font as well. As far as I know, the korry's use Futura condensed and the panels match closely to MS33558 but the numbers and some letters are not 100% correct.
