Order ID/serial license key not recognized

I successfully downloaded the update for the FSlabs A320 v2.0.2.441 on the "Product Redownload Service" but when I input my order ID and serial license keys for the A319,

it did not recognize them. I double checked the numbers and email, they are correct.

As always in these situations, you need to send our friendly support staff an email which will automatically open a ticket. The email address is "support (at) flightsimlabs (dot) com".
