Hi

 

Is it still possible for me to get a refund. The plane is not working with my simulator and it is hitting my performance, it is causing me to not be able to fly.

What do you mean by it's not working with your simulator? as for performance, what are your specs? do they meet the requirements for the product to run? tried turning down settings etc? it's a complex addon which means performance will take a hit but not to the point where you're not able to fly/

i have an icore 3 with 6 gb ram. i have tried turning them down to the lost but it is not helping. everything looks so pixelated

Well it is a balance between looks and performance. And if the computer cant handle the settings then you will have to sacrifice the settings for performance or get a better pc.
