unable to purchase A321

I've been trying to purchase the A321 for a couple of times now

but when i press the purchase button after filling my card and name etc. I get this message:

We regret that we cant receive your ordering, we appreciate you as a customer and would like to help you. please contact us for help. (translated from swedish)

I dont have any restrictions on my card or anything, used my card for an online purchase earlier today.

We're still here, but unfortunately, we have no access to payment problems - that's FastSpring directly. They're pretty good about answering such issues, however, please send them an email and I am sure they'll respond promptly.
