Support Ticket Raised but no way to follow it

I raised a support ticket yesterday and received an email acknowledging it shortly after. #621347.

However, the wording in it suggests I can follow progress on a link. Clicking on the link displays this page with no option to follow. Is the site still under maintenance?

Can someone please explain how this process works? I'm concerned because another person posted in this section about progress on his ticket and never received a reply.

Is the procedure working?

Norman, why is there no system for following tickets? @Lefteris Kalamaras posted 2.5 years ago that a new system was being introduced but still no sign of it.

Look forward to hearing from you regarding the problem raised. I had considered raising a topic in the Concorde forum to see if anyone else could reproduce it but I’ll await your reply.
