A320 activated but cannot download liveries.

I have activated my copy of the FSL A320 in the 'My Products' section. But when I go to download a livery it tells me that I could not download it.

any help would be greatly appreciated

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
