How to deal with flight announcements

Hi there,

A couple of flight ago I heard an announcement like we will be landing shortly known as Inflight passenger announcements.

I do not know how to activate or how to deal with.

I will appreciate  information about this.

They should work on every flight.  The only pre requisite is that you have passengers.  To hear them either have the PA turned up on your ACP or be in the cabin.

Just set a zero fuel weight. You can go into the payload page which will show all passenger zones.

On the MCDU I already have passengers.

I cannot trigger any announcement

*I want to try this feature no matter the aircraft company*

Previously, I've heard one only once buy not again.

Do you have a guide or youtube video for dummies?

Your recommendation, please. I want to take advantage of this feature.

Using upper PA knob.

It seems it is working now.

the upper vhf system is linked to the acars stuff in the new update. PA is done via the ACp panel on the pedestal.
